Charles E. Spedale is a shareholder with the firm, and practices in its Baton Rouge office. Charlie joined the firm in 1991. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Southeastern Louisiana University in 1974 and his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, in 1977. He practices in the areas of consumer, retail and commercial litigation. He represents various financial institutions, with regard to their collection matters,  including finance companies, credit unions and banks. He also handles both commercial and consumer real estate foreclosures. Additionally, his practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions. Further, Charlie advises clients in all areas of real estate related matters as well as business formation, wills and  estate planning and successions.
